Responsibilities:

1.Responsible  for  assisting  the  Quality  Manager  in  all  quality  related  functions  to  ensure  aircraft  maintenance,  service,  and  repair  activities  for  assigned  site(s)  conform  and  are  in  compliance  with  applicable  regulatory  requirements  of  the  CAAC  as  well  as  prescribed  in  Title  14  of  the  Code  of  Federal  Aviation  Regulations  (FAR)  and/or  other  foreign  CAA  regulatory  requirements.  
2.Continuously  maintain  and  improve  quality,  safety  and  record-keeping  standards,  practices,  policies  and  procedures.  Assist  in  the  training  and  deployment  of  Standard  Practices  and  monitoring  of  quality  consistency  throughout  the  organization.  Support  the  Quality  Manager  in  assigned  duties  and  responsibilities.
3.Constantly  review  and  update  CAAC  MMM  /  CAAC  MOP  /  FAA  RSQCM  /  EASA  MOE  and  all  related  company  policy  and  procedure  documents  to  align  with  regulatory  authority  changes  and  updates.  
4.Oversee  records  filing  system  for  each  aircraft,  for  example,  aircraft  flight  log,  airframe  log  book,  engine  log  book,  component  records,  delivery  records,  certificate  of  airworthiness,  and  airworthiness  directives.
5.Assist  the  Quality  Manager  in  conducting  scheduled  and  unscheduled  periodic  audits  of  the  company,  suppliers,  and  aircraft  records  and  logs  to  ensure  compliance  with  regulatory  bodies,  company  policies  and  customer  standards.  
6.Carry  out  internal  audits  including  but  not  limited  to  the  authorized  inspectors,  quality  audit,  quality  supervision,  quality  investigation,  maintenance  record  audit,  materials/tool  supervision  as  well  as  the  supervision  management  of  major  tasks  as  required  by  the  MMM/MOP  identifying  non-conformances  and  the  required  corrective  actions
7.Initiate  non-conformance,  incident  and  findings  reports  ensuring  that  they  are  followed  through  to  the  implementation  of  appropriate  corrective  action,  policy  change,  etc.
8.Advise  the  Quality  Manager  and  all  affected  staff  of  amendments  to  policies  and  procedures  for  carrying  out  staff  training  where  required
9.Ensure  the  receiving,  distributing  and  management  of  all  airworthiness  documents
10.Maintain  accurate  records  and  action  plan  for  Regulatory  Authority  approval  renewals,  OEM  approval  renewals,  engineer  license  renewals,  engineer  training  and  recurrent  training  requirements.
11.Execute  any  other  reasonable  tasks  which  may  be  required  by  management

Requirements:

1.Bachelor  degree  or  above  in  mechanical  /  electronic  or  aeronautic  engineering  background  or  associated  aviation  degree  

2.You  must  have  2+  years’  experience  in  quality  assurance  within  aerospace  industry.

3.Experience  in  the  auditing  of  CCAR  135  organization  or  145  maintenance  organization  

4.Have  strong  working  knowledge  of  applicable  CCAR’s,  including  but  not  limited  to,  part  21,  25,  43,  65,  91,  121,  135,  and  145,  knowledge  of  the  FAR’s  are  a  plus.  

5.Holder  of  CCAR  66  license

6.Interpersonal  skills  necessary  to  develop  and  maintain  effective  working  relationships  with  our  customers,  regulatory  agencies  and  representatives,  suppliers,  and  all  levels  of  management  team  and  other  departments.  

7.Excellent  English  oral  and  written  communication  skills  CET-6  or  equivalent
